Following yesterday's declaration of undying love for Black Milk, along with a recent delivery, expect to see Black Milk goodness popping up a lot for the foreseeable future. I have this incessant need to wear new things immediately, so I'll be working my way though my latest binge. It's just a small warning, but I won't go on about it I swear. So, anyway - service announcement over - this morning I woke up feeling kind of like I've been run over a couple of times. I'm not sure why, but I was planning on spending the majority of the day shrivelled up beneath my duvet. But then I noticed the sun, and the fact that I couldn't see my own breath in my flat (slight exaggeration) and decided that it was best to make the most of the rare glimmers of sunshine and lift in temperature. It is January after all.

The sky almost perfectly matched my 'clouds dress', so that was a given and after already admitting that I'm sick and tired of wearing three layers of thermals before I can even contemplate anything else - I decided I was just going to throw over this slouchy cropped knit from Topshop and be done with it. Simple is almost always best, as the saying goes.

Of course, the second I stepped out of my door, the clouds almost immediately gobbled up the pure blue sky. Seriously, it dropped four degrees in five minutes. But I was out, and I love my dress, so we did some quick photos anyway. So sorry about the goosebumps.

I don't know if you follow blackmilk on facebook but the creator likes to find pics of people wearing his outfits and he puts his favourites up and one of these ones were posted, just thought you should know.

I've sort of known James since before he started making leggings, when he first launched his 'too many tights' blog as pictures of women in cool tights / leggings. I always post a link on the Facebook wall, but I don't like to spam it - since I wear a LOT of Black Milk lol.
