August 4, 2012 « Raindrops On Concrete »
Today's shooting location: the site of Barbara Hepworth's Liverpool Sculpture 'Squares With Two Circles'. Expanses of clean concrete, all kinds of angles and shadows and strange little droplets forming on the roof of a sheltered shelf space underneath. Who could ask for more when out on an afternoon with your camera?
I'm not entirely sure what the little droplets are, perhaps some sort of fungus that leaks the moisture in submission to gravity? But what ever causes them, I hadn't seen them before so I was quite fascinated standing and watching them. I know ... simple things amuse simple minds.
