August 10, 2012 « Sea Shells On The Sea Shore »
The tide was just slipping away from the coast when we arrived at the beach, littering the shore with shells of all descriptions.
The varying colours and shapes have always held a fascination for me, and even now I have to stop and photograph them. After the beach, we wondered into the neighboring sand dunes; the particular spot we picked to stop and sit didn't quite seem real in it's perfection. The lone cloud hanging overhead literally looked like it had been drawn and glued there and the sky was a perfect blue, the grass an ideal green. Honestly, I love where I live.
