August 26, 2012 « Sheldrakes »
Last Thursday, my Dad and Toni picked me up and, with my brother Jack, we headed to a beautiful restaurant called Sheldrakes. It's all Greek colouring, plump cushions and open fires and is based right on the edge of the coast, looking over to Wales. Boats are seemingly abandoned on the drained river bed, dotted here and there.
It feels like forever since the four of us got to spend some proper time together, so quickly we were nattering around the table. The three of them had a drink while I had a Latte, which I've learnt is now my coffee of choice. It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon.
